Thursday - 4:30pm 8 Round Skills Class (Coach Alex)

Thursday - 5:15pm-5:45 Open Sparring* (Coach Alex)

Thursday - 5:45pm - 9 Round Burn Class (Coach Alex)

Friday - 4:00pm - Yoga Sculpt* (Coach Jess)

Saturday - 9:00am - Barre Class* (Coach Jess)

Any classes with a * symbol are an additional Charge per class

All other classes are included with $50/month 24/7 access membership.
